Mini & Tweenie Long-Haired Dachshunds

We did our research. With a librarian in the family, there is no other way to proceed. We knew that we wanted a small, loveable, inside dog that wasn't too frenetic or yappy. We wanted a dog that was athletic without needing to be exercised for hours a day, We wanted a dog that everyone looks at and goes "Oooh! Isn't he (or she) cute!" We read all about the different breeds we were considering, spoke to many breeders all over the United States who were generous with their time and their expertise, and we decided on the long-haired Mini Doxies. Not only are they beautiful, but they are extremely affectionate. The long-haired  dachshunds are everything we could have wanted and more. Let me show you some of the beautiful dogs who have come to live with us here at Twin Oaks Farm.
